This project really turned out nicely. With an open and airy floor plan featuring a great room, walk-in pantry, mudroom, and screened porch with fireplace, it is built for entertaining family and friends alike.

Lewis Residence, Habersham, SC
This home was built as a guest/pool house but also designed for future conversion into a primary residence by the creative minds at MK Design Group. It incorporates an open first floor with two guest suites above, attached to a large pool pavilion by a dog-trot breezeway. Looks like fun doesn't it?
